I spent seven years watching home builders lose leads they should have won.
Niiio is what I built to fix that.

A buyer sends an email Friday evening. Your show homes are closed. Your internal team has gone home. By the time that inquiry reaches your inbox on Monday, the buyer has already moved on, usually to a competitor who got back to them over the weekend.

I know this because I lived it. And for a long time, I did what every sales rep does: I moved on too.

I started my career on the show home floor. When you're in that seat, you're focused on the people sitting across from you: the contracts to write, the appointments to keep, the promotion running today. The leads that fell through the cracks over a long weekend? You didn't worry about them. You rolled the dice and hoped they came back. Most didn't.

The shift happened when I moved into a more corporate role and got to see how the whole system actually worked. I was in an executive meeting when a data analytics vendor presented research on lead follow-up rates, how many buyers who reached out were actually receiving a reply. Our CRO jumped in immediately: "It must be 100%. There's no way we're missing leads." I didn't say anything. But having sat on the show home floor, I knew there was absolutely no way it was 100%. A human being, buried in appointments and contracts and real people in front of them, simply cannot be everywhere at once.

That gap, between what leadership believes and what actually happens to buyers, is the problem Niiio solves. The only way to genuinely guarantee that every single email inquiry receives a fast, intelligent, on-brand response is to stop relying on a human to be available at all times. I already knew how to build AI systems. I'd been doing it quietly on the side: automations, RAG pipelines, projects for friends and early clients. What I had that almost no one else building in this space has is seven years of domain knowledge: the show home floor, the internal triage team, the executive meetings, and everything in between.

So I built Niiio. Not as an outsider guessing at the problem, but as someone who lived it from both sides.
